So, these people promise a lot and deliver absolutely NOTHING. The problem is that if you hand over money, they spend an awful long time in "finalizing" YOUR PROJECT SO THAT YOU RUN OUT OF TIME to pursue reporting to your credit card company.

THey have a process and it is entirely unfortunate that I fell victim but I do wish to save others from it.

What I have been told is that when these "so called companies" get found out, they close down that name and begin again under ad different name --so that you may even become twice victim of same people.

Wow, that they are bein "permitted" in this manner, is a shame and a travesty to hungry self-published writers. :-(

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. This is my third time using them the first two was not so bad.

The receptionists left me on hold for a hour, you can never talk to your book officer, without being questioned by the receptionist. No one has an extension, u must conduct business through the receptionist. They switched my book officer three times with out me knowing. The company has called ID and they pick and choose when to answer for you.

I called twenty times one day and received no answer, I had my co-worker call and they picked up. I was discriminated against, the receptionist Arianna I racist and I have reported it several times and never received a response. I been trying to speak with a member of the management team for a whole year.

I had to cancel my book Launch three times because of the lack of communication and the rudeness from the receptionist not answering for me to communicate with the book officer. They claim that the receptionist was suspended for her actions towards me, but she still is doing the same thing.

I was contacted by somebody named Faye Neilsen, a Senior Marketing Executive of GoldTouch Press Marketing last April 2, 2019. They claimed to be in the business for seven years and had been doing a great job in terms of working with Traditional Publishers, group of publicists, marketers and many more “industry giants.” They asked me to pay them $3,000.00 as initial payment for getting my book republished, getting an online publicist and to look for book investors, I told Faye to send me a proposal so I can give it a sleepover, but she insisted and offered me a discount and free website, etc, and I found it something fishy. So before committing to this very promising offer, I had this company, Gold Touch Press, forwarded to my agent who handled the investigation and found out that this company is a new sprouting SCAM COMPANY and is doing FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION with published authors. We contacted the Administrator of the building they rented in 420 Lexington Avenue Suite 300 New York, NY 10170 and there was no office there. As per one of the tenants in the building, they are just paying somebody to receive and forward mails.

We checked with Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc, they have not published a single book and I don’t want to become their sample author, NO WAY!

Stay away from Gold Touch Press; they are a big scam.

I had a book published last year with a specific goal in mind and that goal was not monetary compensation. It is a Christian book that was written to help others whether by reading it or by word of mouth from others who read it.

So, I receive an email from Liz Carter who states she is in marketing with Gold Touch Press and that they want to re-publish my book. After reading reviews, I told her that I was sorry, but not interested. I received another email from her which frankly, started out very civil but, toward the end, she states, “ I hope you are smart enough to understand...l whaaat? She just dissed my intelligence!

I emailed her back and let her know that it was very disrespectful to speak to people that way and I was sure I would not be a customer of theirs now. She emailed back and dissed me again by saying that the book did not reach its potential and that, “ I think I understand why”. Holy cow! This woman was not their when the book was born and had no idea what my goal was.

She just thought it was ok to disrespect me. There are reasons that people write books other than money. I went with a Christian publisher because they understood my vision in the first place. I realize that there are great secular publishing houses but, that is why we authors who have to self-publish, review these companies in order to pick a good one.

It is obvious that I made the correct choice because Gold Touch press just treated me with such disrespect which makes me very leary of how they would treat my book, and the purpose the book was written for. I would suggest that potential writers, do the research on this company before choosing them.

If you feel like they can represent you, then go for it. I, however, will never allow them to be a part of the works that I write.

Had a great experience with this company. Never thought I could publish my book I kept for years with me.

At first I was oblivious to self-publish and I was searching for recommendations, and then I found the right people. GoldTouch Press helped me a lot, really highly-skilled and professional individual. Economical.

By the time I was ready to publish my book, a part of was very anxious. As it's the first time for me to publish a book, I don't have anyone I could rely on who has the knowledge about all of it.

But I have my closest friend whom I showed my full manuscript. My friend gave a positive feedback and encouraged me to go on.

After several attempts, I got to speak with different people from different companies. They have various services and enticing platforms. Most of them so costly.

We emailed back and forth. It made me more nervous and confused while keepnig a positive outlook.

Luckily, I found something that made me really interested. That's when I got an email and a call from someone from Goldtouch Press company. The marketing executive sent me a proposal, we talked about it over the phone and I was almost immediately convinced.

And I was!

They provided me with my personal publishing officer named Grace Johnson. I got to talked a lot with her every time I need something. She helped conceptualized the cover I’ve been imagining. What’s more is that I thought I already completed my manuscript when I submitted it.

But then I was surprised there were things I missed. Thanks to Grace, she was so keen even on the small details. Gladly, we were able to correct them, made little revision. Grace was so high spirited and so detail-oriented.

It didn’t take long to finish.

After few weeks, I received the first copy of my book, and that was one best days of my life!!!!

Enjoyed the experienced with Goldtouch press, that was fun and rewarding!! I highly recommend them!
