Was leaving hospital and was stopped by head nurse because i was going home in hospital gown. She embarresed me and made me feel like i was stealing a gown.

I had my appendix removed and an ovarian cyst explode.

Caused alot of swelling and my clothes were very uncomfortable. So i chose my gown.

She made me take it off. I Had to either wear my clothes or what she found in a box.

I have never been so humiliated in my life. I will never go to that hospital again. Just having surgery and treated like I'm nothing. She needs to find a different occupation.

Like a drill. Sergeant.

Provided care credit without my consent

I have a hospital bill for almost $8,000 .Within a few weeks I receive a care credit card in the mail with a monthly amount to pay that I can't afford. Beside that I never requested the card or even asked about getting one.

I'am thinking about contacting an attorney. I called the hospital and talked to some rude person in billing to find out why I received this card and was told we just do that automaticaly when people don't have insurance and don't qualify for assistance.

I asked her how you can do that without my consent and she said we don't need your cosent. Needless to say I hung-up.

You need to ask Care Credit to provide you with the forms authorizing them to give you a line of credit. They need to show your signature.

I have used Care Credit for dental work. The application is a tri-fold pamphlet that you fill out and give to the receptionist at the doctor's office or the cashier at the hospital.

Care Credit can also be used for veterinary bills. They are very pricey and I would choose a different option next time.
