They are dishonest!!!

I booked a full week at the Golden Sails Hotel in Long Beach from October 4th to October 11th, 2020, and the day prior to my departure, I experienced some sore throats and headaches. For safety reasons, I called on October 3rd, the hotel and asked them if they could refund my trip. They refused to consider my case and the front desk at the hotel told me they could not accommodate me as it was booked by a third party (Snap travel). I was charged the full amount of $560 for the entire week while I did not want to take the risk to infect anyone and stay confined. These people are taking advantage of the consumers!!!! It is outrageous!!!! I would have understood if they had charged me one night for the inconvenience, but they still charged me for the entire week!!! I am a tour guide and know how it works. They should be ashamed to take advantage of the people who bring them groups. I will never book this hotel again, nor recommend it to my clients!
