Surprisingly a supervisor contacted me via email and has given me an opportunity to have my account reopened, but I have not heard anything about being paid my winnings. I have submitted the information that could assist them in investigating the situation. But it is my hope they do the right thing and pay me and stop this nonsense looking like they are a huge scam. I wont believe anything until I see the money on my account available to use. I have a ton of evidence how Ignition Casino straight up scammed me out over $43, 000.00 in winnings. Wait to you all read and see how badly Ignition Casino will not pay you your winnings.

The second I won money and requested a payout. They close the account and keep my girlfriends account open who was the 1st one to open an account with them and their policies state 2 people residing together can hold separate accounts like we both did. They wasted no time closing the account that won money ($100.00) stating they're policies were violated. What a scam they are & there is no disputing it cause there is no one to talk to about it. They'll just keep sending the same standard reply email making sure no one is truly paid from their site and the use charities to gain customers who feel it's cool to gamble online while donating. It's a scam, the second you go requesting funds they'll find a way to shut your account down and stare you will not receive any winnings. SCAM!!!
