Golden goose sneaker store Troy michigan
Do not buy from golden goose store in Troy, you can buy any golden goose sneakers at any major stores and not have a problem returning. You can only get a merchant credit at this store!!!

They have poor customer service and the representatives are rude and not compliant. Twice they were supposed to email me a label but did not!!!
If I knew it was this difficult to return sneakers I would have never bout such expensive shoes!!! Worst customer service ever!!!

I purchased shoes. Scheduled for the experience which was two weeks out.
Then got a text message, saying it will need to be rescheduled for a month out. But no date at this time.. smh!!
I asked for refund and was told no refund. The experience was main reason for purchasing shoes.
