I stayed at G.S. Nov.

16, checked out on Nov. 19. Made reservations with NO comp room for Thursday even when i checked with customer care. Couldnt comp my room for $49.

My total room stay for 3 nights was $321.20. I came in Sept and Oct. at least had a comp room for Thursday. Also my food comps were less this month.

I visit Goldstrike when i am not taking care of my 96 year old mother who has dementia. So 6 months out of the year. Been going to GS for many years! Im not too hsppy and knowing there are over 1000 rooms there.

I will not be back till March 2024 when my brother comes to watch mom.

I guess what im asking is to at least refund me for one single night.

I am a One Star gold, please email me and let me know so when i call in March 2024. I will be a much happier GS member.

My room was the nastiest room I've ever seen since I've been going there for 10yrs. They only had one register employ for a one hour and a half wait just to order.

I was lied to about my comps for food. I gave pictures of the shifty room I got. It's a shame they can't even clean up rooms.

The last time I had free rooms, when I called there was no availability! Please check when there will be availability on my account #1932****! I quit gambling here because of no rooms available!

During the pandemic in 2020, I was asked to complete a survey and was advised I would be given $85.00 in free play for completing the survey. When I visited the casino the $ was not available and no one could help, saying they didnt know anything about it.

I later called your corporate office and was asked if someone from your company contacted me to follow up on the survey.

I informed them, no. They said since no one contacted me, the $ is not available.

we came sat night april 28 for the drawing of the car,,, I talked to all the winners that got freeplay and they were all high rollers,,,, they told me.. so we are through,, we will find another casino to go to now,,, we are sick of giving our hard earned money, and only the elite get the benefits,,,, why should we want to come when we know we can't get drawn,,, and they can't say its fair,, because I delibertely talked to the winners and found this out,,,,we feel like fools for every coming to goldstrike casino,,,,

Goldstrike Tunica only caters to their elite. If you are just looking to spend a little money, have a good time, and get rewarded I would recommend Roadhouse or Horeshoe.

They have great games, service, and their food is second to none. They have the best reward program in town by a mile and will let you know if your points are going to expire. Goldstrike who sends endless emails and monthly snail mail gave no warning of rewards expiring in their communication so I lost almost $75.00 of comps by 2 weeks. If you know anything about how rewards are calculated for an average player that takes ALOT of time to build up.

When I went to their guest services counter I received the same carefree, non interested. and useless reps. They do everything but help like talking to each other and other guest so rude. I called their VP of Player Rewards Ryan Ross and talked to his assistant.

I explained everything and she was to follow up with me. She followed up with to me in a phone call with an email from Ryan him stating this was the policy and customers are aware of it. REALLY!!! That's it!!!

I have played there as long as they have been there on and off and this is the response?

This explains the reason behind guest services and their lack of customer service, professionalism, among other things. Unless you are an elite don't bother because they don't care about you !
