Company is Gold Star Chili. No action taken to resolve the problem.

I will not return. Look at other options.

Original review Dec 16, 2025

Received bad coneys. The manager was to send a gift card for replacement — did not happen.

Two emails received stated someone would call. This did not happen. Stopped by to find out what happened.

Drive-thru line not moving, cars moving out and to exit.

Service and food are bad at the Amelia location.

Skyline is better, good food and fast service.

Preferred solution: a person to talk to

The fact that you want someone fired shows how DISGUSTING you are. Do not worry, they won't fire anyone because of your attitude.

Of course, you have to bring it back to get a refund or replacement. This is not a charity where they let you keep the food and give you a replacement or refund. If this is what you want(free food) visit a soup kitchen. If the get fired, they would be in your position, unable to afford to eat where they keep the food and have to beg for more food in the form of a replacement, or free food in the form of a refund.

It is best you do not go back.

You cannot afford to eat out anyway. They are not going to fire someone because they refused to replace your food without it being returned.

Product in the can not available at my stores. Wal-Mart or Kroger in Corbin, KY.

We really like Gold star chili, but are unable to purchase at a nearby store.

Our Wal-Mart carried Gold Star chili in the can for a while, but then quit stocking it.

User's recommendation: Gold Star chili is hard to find in some areas.
