I played, got paid and got happy
not everything was easy. registration was easy peasy, doc verification was eh.
but honestly its the same at ALL sweeps sites if you want the truth. and i won big and got paid relatively quickly under 2 days.
i also like their games, they have cool tournaments and leaderboards and actually i did have to contact support which was instant if yo uuse their facebook messenger page. so all in all pretty good.

I've tried to verify info multiple times, and after it says I'm verified, the app won't verify; it just says in my email from you that I am. Now, in the app, it says I'm restricted from games. Can you please help me get this issue resolved?

Customer service is basic with Harley no response, everything is automated response.I have yet to talk to a live person.And they take their time , they don't get no hurry
Having trouble with verification, no response. Prized redemption is unreasonable.
Casino is a complete *** joke. I'm about ready to drive to Atlanta myself.
You can put my *** foot in somebody's *** I don't see how the gaming commission lets these online casinos operate with a license. This is the second or third time I've had this done to me, and somebody needs to put a *** stop to it.

warning: This site may scam you. Me and my friend both played on this site recently, and had vastly different experiences.
He was able to verify without issue, and had full functionality of his account. Meanwhile, my verification was glitched out (see photos) and there was no way to complete it.
You would think their support could probably fix this issue and get my account verified. Good luck. There is no option for support other than through email, and they will straight up ignore you.
My friend was corresponding with them about his redemption during the time I was ghosted as well. It seems they pick and choose which accounts to reapond to.
So, i ended up with 300SC in my account from $50, but no foreseeable way to redeem it. meanwhile, my friend redeemed multiple times. Its been very frustrating.
To make matters worse, their website seems to have glitched slots.
On Gold Gold Gold 5000 (Booming Games), I was in the middle of a feature when the slot malfunctioned (see photos). It kicked me out of the game, and repeatly gives me the error message Internal Server Error. It does this everytime the slot loads now, so I was never able to watch the rest of that feature, or get the payout. It glitched out when Big Win literally popped up on my screen, and this was honestly the single most disgusting experience Ive had playing slots.
Their support never replied when I detailed this issue to them as well.
You would think a online casino would be concerned if their slots are broken. Nope.
Avoid, unless you get a kick out of filing chargebacks with your bank.
