Wait time, lack of care, disrespect, plus more

I want a full refund for the lack of care, tardiness and pure and utter asshole-ism that myself and my daughter experienced this morning. This reservation was made on June 3rd, 2024.

This is the worse experience I have ever had to deal with.

I will be contacting the SOF to issue a formal complaint. I also will be contacting your local reps about the lack of concern, over booking, lack of care, lack of support and lack of speaking in a slow and clear enough manner that a USA born citizen can understand. I was told because I cant understand him and his Middle Eastern accent that it was my problem. I simply said spell the email address and he refused to do so.

I have a problem with that! He also refused to handover his business card with contact information. My daughter wouldve been very late in trying to catch her flight. We all know the longest process is getting thru TSA.

Theres no reason for that much stress caused by someone else when youre actually on time for the parking reservation and airport transport. Please stay away
