Refund
I could not get a good phone number for the customer service Dept. I went to the store to return products for a refund, they refused.
Do not buy products from these people, they do not have a return policy. The products are very pricey.
I had an emergency situation and tried to return the products for a refund but was one day late. You must return the products within 24 hours for a refund.
User's recommendation: Do not buy products from this company

No, I would never use this store again. Very poor customer service. Very poor return policy in place.
I tried to return products that I had purchased, they said I was one day past the return date, but oh wait, no I had to return them within 24 hours, but no wait, they had many excuses as to why I could not return the products. Why was I one day late?
My husband had been in the hospital.
No excuses besides its not within the 14 day or 24 hour time frame. It doesnt matter when you return the product they will not take it back/give you a refund.
- Professional at tag teaming to sell products
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Do NOT buy products from Gold Elements! They are a professional tag team in order to get sales.
Feel like I was scammed
I never heard anything from Gold Elements, so the problem was not resolved & probably never will be.
My sister and I went into the Palm Beach Garden store in Florida and were taken care of by Nicki, who seemed very knowledgeable, but very high pressure sales. We both bought products, but when we got back to the house I was supposed to have the moisturizer & instead had the peel, I also was supposed to have gotten the device for wrinkles on your neck, but instead got the device for acne.
The black truffle instant repair syringe does not work like in the store, I see no difference in my dark circles or wrinkles around my eyes, a waste of money. For the amount of money I spent very disappointed.
- Beautiful mall
- To expensive
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

Hard sale
I bought the products for the eye and the peel cream. The eye product does not work like it did at the mall.
My biggest problem is that the sales woman scammed me in to following her to another location saying she needed to enter some code. At that point another hard sale woman takes over using a device that she swears is backed by NASA. I stupidly bought it and after leaving changed my mind. There are no returns even though I did not open it.
I have called and emailed the company multiple times and have gotten no answer at all. I feel like I have been scammed.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
Great experience
Visited the store and had a great time
Resolved: Unscrupulous company, unethical business practices
BUYERS, BEWARE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS UNSCRUPULOUS--IT WANTS TO SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!
On August 31, 2018, I purchased a “Diamond membership” from Micheal at the Opry Mills Shopping Center location after being taken there by Jasmin from the kiosk associated with Gold Elements (Cocoage/Gratiae). Since I was concerned about being able to carry the “starter sets” of products with me on an airplane when I returned home to New Jersey, I asked that they be shipped to me. Both Jasmin and Micheal agreed to do this. Micheal told me to expect the shipment in about ten business days and promised to email me a copy of my membership contract. I then received a copy of my receipt for a $3277.50 purchase (my card had already been charged at the card reader), and I saw for the first time—on the bottom of the receipt I then received--that the store has a “no refund” policy. Never was I told about this, and there was no sign at the register. When I tried to contact Micheal by calling the store about three hours after I made this purchase, no one answered the phone. I called five times, as my phone records will show. Only after I submitted a message through the Gold Elements website and left another voice message at the store’s number did I receive a phone call from your store. Micheal promised to send the email I need immediately. That did not happen.
Unfortunately, I am unable to use my membership, for neither the contract nor directions for product refills were given to me in the store, and I have received nothing about these via email. (Someone named Misha Katz did send me product use instructions and a photo of a blank contract that is not the one I purchased, but I have not seen anything else from the store.) I am out a total of just over $3600 for products that I have not received and a program that is unavailable to me.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a full refund of the full amount I spent: $327.75 at the kiosk and $3277.50 in the store for a total of $3605.25. When FedEx delivered the product, leaving it on my front stoop with no signature requirement, I took it back unopened to my local FedEx store the next morning and paid to return it to you. Without the contract, membership agreement, and product refill ordering information, this sale is incomplete. Moreover, according to the information on the back of the Diamond membership card Micheal gave me, my membership is valid only at the store where I purchased it. I do not live in Nashville, and both Jasmin and Micheal knew that. That they sold me something that they knew I could not use is a fraudulent sales practice. As far as I can determine, based on information posted on various consumer protection websites, I am legally entitled to a refund, as the company has not fulfilled its responsibilities as the seller.
I have filed a complaint with the FTC and the Nashville BBB. If necessary, I am ready to go to court.
- High pressure sales tactics
- Dishonest sales clerks
- Bait and switch approach

Check out this news story about the Gold Elements store in Opry Mills Mall. It aired on July 15, 2019. https://www.wsmv.com/news/bbb-warns-about-skin-care-store-at-opry-mills/article_a1fd5ed6-a752-11e9-8e4d-37d9d4e8a6cf.html
Full refund from company
I have now heard from the Consumer Protection Agency in Tennessee (a division of the Department of Commerce and Insurance). This agency will mediate my claim against Aurarius/Gold Elements.
I notified the legal counsel for Assaf Amar/Amar Assaf, the "President" of Gold Elements in Nashville, of this, and I sent the attorney the unopened box of products (no shipping label or invoice ever emailed or mailed to me to let me know what to expect in the box). On Friday, December 7, I received the box from the attorney's office. It is still unopened. I cannot use the product, even if I wanted to have it, as it makes my skin break out in a stinging rash.
More importantly, the terms of the contract I purchased from a sales agent named Micheal were fraudulently misrepresented to me.
My suit against Aurarius/Gold Elements meets all six elements required for fraudulent misrepresentation, and I expect to receive a refund once the State of Tennessee begins the mediation process. I'll update this complaint when that happens.
About three weeks ago, the Better Business Bureau notified me that Gold Elements had rejected my request for reimbursement/refund and claimed that my behavior towards their employees was "borderline harassment." I had to laugh, as their sales tactics are ruthless--and I NEVER did anything to harass the sales staff. I am in the process of going to small claims court in Nashville as soon as I locate the name of the contact person for the store.
I have called the mall's management office to get the name, but according to store staff, that person "does not reside at that address." I will call again today to try to get a contact person.
There is no registered agent for this business, according to the Secretary of State's office in Tennessee, and no one at the store will share that information with me. This has been a major run-around.
I submitted a review a few days ago before I learned that Micheal, the salesclerk in the Nashville store (Opry Mills), had outright lied to me. When I expressed concern that I could not use the membership he was pushing me to buy, as I live in a different state, he assured me that there was no problem in doing so.
I told him that I lived in New Jersey, and he told me that I could go to the Gold Elements store in the Mills at Jersey Gardens to get my facials and purchase products. I did not have a way to check this statement, as my phone was not connected to the Internet. Yesterday, I decided to use the store locator at https://goldelements-usa.com/ to try to find a Gold Elements store closer to my home.
What I discovered is that there is not a Gold Elements store anywhere in New Jersey. I should have an easy time in small claims court, where I can be awarded treble damages.
- Outright lies about locations and membership
