In a nutshell this company is just awful. The property manager has committed multiple unlawful entries into my rental home resulting in the owner's son John Rothmann being officially trespassed from the address.

On the 2nd occasion John Rothmann actually breached my front door entered my living room when i was coming out of the shower,I noticed him coming in as my dog alerted me to something wrong. Wearing boots and a towel I proceeded to kick John through the glass door back outside the house and dialed 911. This is after the first incident where I had spoken to the office manager (leah who is also John's sister)who assured me that as my rent had been paid in full upfront for the entire lease period that I would have no more contact with the Martha, John, or Robert or even leah (the office manager)herself. Martha Rothmann is without question off her rocker.

She leased the property with the condition that the home would be move in ready. There was a very large desk remaining in one of the bedrooms on move in day that she had promised to have removed it was not. After I notified my concierge service that my insurance company provided, Martha Rothmann immediately phoned my wife that she could have maintenance swing by right now appx. 5PM and remove the desk.

My wife informed her that as we were moving in we temporarily placed my 1 year old daughter in that room in her crib to nap and that now was inconvenient. Martha's solution was to inform my wife that she would tell the maintenance man to be extra quiet while disassembling the large metal desk in the room that my child was sleeping in!! ( Hand to God, I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried)That room has been useless to my family for the entire duration of the rental period. There are multiple reports of this family's shenanigans on other sites as well as my own including the police reports that I am happy to make available.

The owners belongings still litter the home and garage and are seen even in the pictures they are advertising to re rent this property. As a matter of fact Today they continue to harass my family even though we are just days away from moving out. In our lease we are required to provide lawn care. I have cut the grass twice since the spring growing started and although martha r.

knows I have commercial lawn equipment she sent a lawn care crew to cut the grass on a Sunday morning in a yard with my dog, next to my sleeping babies. I have finally been told that we may have some legal aid from the VA's office in which I am committed to seeing Robert and Marthas real estate licenses PERMANENTLY REVOKED. I began filing a complaint with the local board of realtors when they flat out told me they couldn't provide the extent of relief I was looking for nor could they discipline Gold coast realty to any moderate degree. Instead they have directed me to a state investigator with the AGs office and the OREC.

For Owners, if you hire a management company as awful as this you should expect to get calls from the tenants. I have contacted the property owner out of state by knocking on his brother's front door, writing to members of his families church, and asking around. Also Gold Coast Realty had the key confiscated from them. They are no longer in control of the property.

I'm certain they will attempt to rebut this with flat out lies including feigned ignorance but if you look at reviews of them, you will see a very common pattern.

I have photographs, call logs, and recordings, so lie all you want *** I can prove my experience. Can you prove your lies?
