ILLEGAL TOWING SERVICE AND BULLYING TECHNIQUES
The trader BMW Mobile mechanics has not responded to my post nor my request nor any offer to compensate
PUBLIC WARNING STU from BMW MOBILE MECHANICS
This situation must be told to avoid other people being treated this way .
At first before this mechanic took on the job it was all smiles .
Then the BRAKE repair job which was PROMISED in exactly 1 week did not arrive .
I was patient and understanding and certainly did not complain as you would expect Several weeks passed and Stuart from BMW Mobile Mechanics rang and said and I quote . ;Good news and Bad news .
The brakes were half fixed but more work was needed . NO OFFER OF AN APOLOGY AT ALL . NOTHING ! .
Once again I understood that ,.
things happen .
He then said and I quote it will be ready Monday ( July 24)
Several days passed after this and Stuart rang and said all ready now
ONCE AGAIN NO APOLOGY FOR DELAY .
Wednesday he rang and said job is ready you need to pick up the car NOW !!!
THIS WAS A DEMAND .
He said there was so many cars there so could not fit in anymore . His problem of no room was now my fault .This is the ONLY TIME in 30 years Ive been treated like a criminal over car repair and all because he could not wait 2 working days for me to collect the car even though he himself was weeks late with the repair FUNNY THAT !!!
I visited the workshop to see that he had dismantled the interior door as he said he needed to open the passenger door urgently FOR A BRAKE JOB ???
I then advised I will settle on the Tuesday but needed the door that he disassembled (without authority ) returned to the way it was . He said NO !! .
The next day ( Thursday) he contacted me to advise he wont wait and the car will be towed away to another unknown place and I was to pay $85 storage EVERY DAY Now I have a 1967 classic car with internal damage that he has left covered in dust and left open on his driveway with all windows down even though I had the steering lock ready to use.
According to his advice sitting in an undisclosed storage yard at a mystery location
TRULY the most disgusting service in my life .
BEWARE IF YOU CANT PICK UP THE CAR WITHIN 2 HOURS NOTICE YOUR VALUABLE POSSESSION WILL BE TOWED TO UNDISCLOSED STORAGE AT YOUR COST OF $85 DAY . IF HE DISASEMBLES ANYTHING without any authority ...Good Luck Not his problem .
ALL OF THIS BECAUSE he wouldnt wait for a 2 day transfer of the bill as he needed cash the same day .BEWARE .
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS VERY SUS BUSINESS and VERY nervous owner . NO STARS

BMW Mobile Mechanics Shocking Service . Rude Owner Stuart
Owner Stu Parker has not contacted me and refuses to apologize and refuses to refund illegally gained money

THIS SITUATION MUST BE TOLD AS A WARNING TO OTHERS
being treated this way. Don't believe FAKE reviews this review was posted from BIZ REVIEWS Aust , from over 30 years of reviewing Australian Businesses and an approved google review panel member.
At first this job was accepted with all smiles ,then the brake repair job which WAS PROMISED in exactly 1 WEEK did not arrive.
I was patient and understanding and did not complain .
Several weeks passed and Stu rang and said the brakes are half fixed but more work and more money was necessary even though the job to repair to 'new' condition was QUOTED .
NO OFFER OF APOLOGY...NOTHING!
He then said it will be ready Monday ( July 24 )
Once again no completion and once again I was understanding ...as things happen .The following Wednesday he rang and said its ready and I need to pick up NOW within 2 hours of completion THIS WAS A DEMAND !! He said that there was so many cars here and he had no space . Now his problem of no room is MY FAULT ?? I visited his old workshop to see my classic car parked half out on the footpath , all windows down and covered in dust .
When I confronted him, he could not wait until my cash transfer arrived even though HE HIMSELF WAS WEEKS LATE with the repair .
The next day he sent a threatening text advising as of today the car will be towed away to a mystery location at my cost of $176 towing plus storage fees of $93 per DAY ...YES $93 per day . Nowhere Australia wide is car storage $93 daily
( over $2800 monthly )
During the process Stuart decided without permission to disassemble the car door internal trim as he said he needed the passenger door open ... FOR A BRAKE JOB ???
On collection I asked politely to repair what he disassembled and he said NO !!!
THIS HAS TRULY BEEN THE WORST AUTO SERVICE OF MY LIFE .
All of this drama happened at BMW Mobile Mechanics because he couldn't wait 2 days for my transfer and to book a tow truck .
VERY SUS BUSINESS . VERY NERVOUS OWNER .

Return the illegal Towing and Storage Fees charged and the ongoing social media reports will be cancelled .
