Horrible sales and customer service date

My name is Ami from Wellington FL Around May 2013 I had ordered 208 feet of white aluminum fence from Gold coast hurricane shutters inc Waited few weeks for my order. 1 installation date they pushed to a later date. I was upset about that ,but when they finely called to set the date,the order was completely different style from the agreed order ,I had to settle with a cheaper fence not as strong and not as the style i wanted. 2 I was willing to give a chance to this company and I had ordered impact windows ,all the entire time salesman was aware that the windows must be Bronze color,because the rest of my windows were Bronze already. I had spoken to Jim the rep from Lowson color. Salesman new i must have the bronze to match. I signed the contract without checking the fine print and left 50% deposit.Trust Windows showed up WHITE NOW MY HOUSE HAS 2 COLORS WINDOWS Once company finished the installation I found out that every single alarm contact on window was taken off old windows.Some i was able to glue back some were ripped by installer of windows (the wired part) Now am facing a new expenses with ADT to install back the alarm which we installed in May 2013 when we bought the house. Cost is about $ 300.00 Gold coast hurricane and fence refused to take responsibility
