Hi, My name is Penny Parsons 68 *** Blvd Mermaid Waters 4218. I have had a home delivery for the Gold Coast Bulletin and the Sunday Mail for years and yes things go wrong and its understood.
However please look at notes re my account of late. Question when I spoke to one of your friendly helpful customer service person about a problem about paper not delivered ...worst of all thrown in gutter, up the street, etc etc she assured me that the matter would be esculated and resolved. My question iswhen after this the bulletin was delivered into the yard once yesterday Why then are we back to square one... the person contracted to deliver needs to understand people steal papers off footpaths, not hard to throw into yard !
No problems for years!
