Question about return
I have emailed the US customer inquiry email address twice since Sunday. Is there no reply?
I also completed the website form yesterday, but I haven't received a response yet. I need help with the return for an order - WEB order 88816. There is no phone number provided. How can I reach a real person?
Please help!
I am leaving town on August 1st and hope to have this resolved by then. Nancy Barr.
Preferred solution: They did not include the return label in the package as their documentation says they will. It looks like a printing error.
