On Friday 12/01/2023 I dropped off a package at Goin Postal area/zip code 30546 at 3:09 in the afternoon. The package was a return item, and I presented the manager with a preprinted FedEx label.
Also, I presented the manager with a copy of my original invoice for this return item and requested a box to ship the return item and invoice in. I paid $12.50 for a box at the store. Of interest, there were no other customers in the store at the time, the store was empty other than another employee. In fact, the manger just let the only other employee in the store off for the day while I was waiting at the register.
One week later on Thursday night 12/07/2023 at 6:41pm (after store hours) I received the following email: "Hello, this is Seth from Goin Postal.
I can not locate the label you brought in with your return. can you forward me the label and I will reprint it? I am so embarrassed as this rarely happens but it seems to have vanished into thin air.
Thanks
Seth"
I responded to this message by explaining I would be by Friday morning to retrieve my original package. I was at the store when it opened Friday morning, December 7th and was the first customer of the day.
I requested my original package and a $12.50 return for the box I no longer needed. Despite the fact that I was polite and courteous, the employee became outraged. Initially, he refused to return my $12.50. He tossed a box cutter on the package and demanded that I cut the the box off.
He then grabbed the boxcutter (a line of customers forming behind me) and ripped the box to shreds, throwing the pieces on the floor and shoving my original package at me.
Seth had every opportunity to contact me on Monday, December, the 4th, when he first realized he had lost the label.
I emailed him later on Friday the 8th relating the mistreated I'd received in his Going Postal business, earlier that day.
The manager responded with a string of excuses without apology and ignored my concerns about the rude and discourteous employee.

Go'in Postal - bad experience. Need to have an item boxed and wrapped for mailing.
Thought they could do it neatly and I could take it to the Post office. Brought in a small item, they cut and boxed it in a size 2-3 times bigger then needed. Not worries though, I was surprise at the end bulky appearance. The mgr proceeded to cover 90% of the entire box in clear tape.
Seemed kinda compulsive; I looked surprised. Still no worries. I asked if they were going to cover it in brown wrap as this is how for 20 years going overseas I have seen it. The mgr did, but then to my surprised she completely covered the wrap too with tapes.
Still no worries. I ask the other employee about Notaries. She said they have cards for reference. Well, this is the brat employee with no filter on her mouth.
She called me an *** while I was speaking to the manager later about how they charge for their packaging rates. Something is wrong with her. And the Mgr. did nothing other then to tell her calm down.
I guess the brat feels you not a patron to her part-time happiness, just another nuisance to her world.
Filing BBB Complaint, all ready contacted Go'in Postal HQ. This is *** that an fresh out of HS employee thinks she can just insult people in a place of business as if "who gives a crap, you can touch me." Well, I hope you get fired and you deserve to young lady and learn to keep your rude over-the-top insults to yourself.
