They stole $300.

I have severe OCD and PTSD, as well as anxiety. I am in the process of getting a service dog to assist me.

My mom started a campaign to raise money to adopt the puppy, and raised around $373.

I'm a minor, and my 'debit card' is through GoHenry.

I decided to take the $73 from the $300 to put towards supplies for the dog.

The other $300 is going towards the puppy fund.

Accidentally, the $373 was put in my GoHenry account, with no way for it to be taken out.

My mom, in turn, reaches out to GoHenry customer service to ask for it to be returned to her main bank account.

The man over the online chat says the money should be returned by May 2nd, 2023, due to 'UK Bank Holidays'.

It is worth noting that all of this occurred on April 28, 2023.

It is now May 15, 2023, and the money has not been returned. We have contacted GoHenry, as well as my mom's primary bank, several times, only to hear that it's nowhere.

GoHenry insists that they sent it, but her primary bank shows that there is nothing there from GoHenry.

GoHenry also sent a code to give to her bank, to which her bank told us it has absolutely nothing to do with the return.

Not only have they robbed $300 from me, that I NEED for a service dog, but they also had made several errors on my card, where they accidentally refunded me the money I spent on items. Due to THEIR error, they also debited my card all the money I earned and took that as well.

So they have robbed $300 that I really do need for my service dog, and they also stole whatever other cash I had because of an error they made. They refuse to reply to emails, and they aren't attempting to give the cash back whatsoever.

I have no idea what I'm going to do. I need this money for my puppy.

My mom has emailed them, I have emailed them...

They refuse to reply to either of us, and they just tell us there is nothing they can do. They refuse to look deeper, and my mom and I are supremely upset at them.
