- - This is the second time an order disappeared or went wrong.
- - The first time, one item was sold out.
- - If you call and follow up, they will resend.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
This is at least the 2nd time an order has either completely disappeared or was delivered to the wrong place.
I do have to say, by the time I finally am able to speak to someone, they try and make it right. However, it shouldn't keep happening.
The first time one of the two items was already sold out.
So, my advice to new shoppers, if you are ordering for an occasion, shop extremely early, in the event it disappears, is lost, etc.
If you call them and follow up, they will send it again. So, leave plenty of time for that!
