Please be advised that there is no internet at your location on 25 Buckland Street in Manchester connecticut, today is Wednesday February 28th and it appears that it has been like this since they've opened this morning. For my understanding from other customers this is an ongoing problem that needs to be resolved urgently!

Cons:
  • Not enough staff
  • Can be dismissive to ill customers and lack of supervision or authority to make things happen
  • No sense of urgency

Preferred solution: Nothing fix the internet. Whoever the supervisor that was on duty yesterday morning should have went through her protocol to make sure that the issue was getting resolved which did not happen

GoHealth is a call center selling health insurance. Now it only sells Medicare. Patients DO NOT use GoHealth's services.

Rehire

It turned out to be some type of clerical error. They corrected whatever it was, and i was rehired. I was very concerned because I really did not understand why. But they were kind enough to bring me back on board.

Once they get your info, you cannot get rid of them. The agents contacting you are not insurance agents simply telemarketing with computers whose intentions are to sell you add-Ons not Medicare endorsed.

Complaint against the company for sending mail to a deceased person

An agent who claims to be associated with GoHealth sent a card to my deceased relative. I called (877-258-****), spoke with Dan Martinez who expressed sympathy and promptly hung up on me. I just wanted him to delete my deceased relative.

I signed up through go health to get a new medicare part C and D. was told that my employer would pay for this as i am a retired ERS state employee. Just found out that they will not pay for the new plan as they purchase group insurance. Please disenroll me from the GO HEALTH - HUMANA PLAN. Thank you for the opportunity provided me. . Juan Gracia

Gohealth - Customer Care Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Walked into gobhealth lij network , PA venee cunningham immediately tells me im not giving you narcotics for a bad arthritic knee, aftervi having explained to see ortho ny will take weeks to make an appointment, she interrupted agsin sayig you need to go to pain management. She walked out wout exusing herself, i said im not done consulting, she then said she walked out bc i was becoming irate and violent. I said you shouted your not giving me a narcotic halfway in the lobby which shatters hipaa and can be sued for defamation as well as hipaa violations. She walked out again saying there was a sick baby waiting, if that were tru a nurse or someone would have told her a baby needs her . I was in A real ER and a dr examining me exused herself and apologised bc a cardiac victim needed her, that was the ethical way of acting! I asked the medical tech at front desk if the baby was hopefully alright she said cant reveil sickness, i replued i know HIPAA, IM A paralegal, what i asked was abstract, rhe tech then responded were very strict about info, problem was she didnt make scence and i would appreciate if pa cunningham was severely counceled because a medical professional she is not, i wouldnt recommend her or the place! If they dont prescribe painkillers or narcotics as the Pa boldly and purposely said then why wad i prescribed percocet in thefirst place for my knee, i will go to the state if this isnt addressed and resolved, Ddaly50@***.com

Letter of complaint to GoHealth

This is an email I sent to GoHealth, a health insurance "broker" selling various insurance plans, "Dear GoHealth, I have spent the last two weeks trying to straighten out the errors in my healthcare.gov application created by a GoHealth employee. I sent a detailed message about all that has occured, but your system would not let me send it. That is error #10 in a long list of problems dealing with your company. Let me enumerate: GoHealth agent incorrectly applied, on my behalf, for 2015 benefits, even though I told her I was already insured until Dec 31, and needed only 2016 health insurance. Agent incorrectly applied for "special enrollment period" which I did not, and do not, need. Was there some financial incentive for her to do this? Agent sent me a confirmation e-mail with a phone and extension number that, when dialed, only took me to another agent. I tried many times to reach the original agent, Paulina Hernandez, to no avail. I was transferred to "member services," back to another agent, put on hold for almost an hour, and then connected to yet another agent, who, when I expressed that I did NOT want to submit a new application for health insurance, HUNG UP ON ME! Again I wondered if agents have some financial incentive to sell insurance rather than help people solve issues. Agent had both healthcare.gov and SelectHealth, the insurance company I chose, send me emails. But no one gave me a way to create an account with Health Insurance Marketplace, no user ID and no password. Selecthealth needed a premium payment on the day before I received the letter, so of course the payment would have been late, and the policy cancelled. Healthcare.gov needed additional documentation of my income, but without an account (which apparently Ms Hernandez was supposed to help create), I couldn't submit that documentation. After calling 3 different times, and getting completely lost on your impenetrable phone system, I contacted customer service at healthcare.gov. We created a new application, I submitted the documentation by snailmail, and the existing application made by Ms Hernandez on my behalf has been rendered "inactive." I hope that that application and all the information on it has gone away. My entire experience with GoHealth leaves me wondering why this extra layer of bureauracy is even necessary? How much is GoHealth being paid to "help" people sign up for health insurance? Your messaging system will not allow me to send a message to your company. I am forwarding this to healthcare.gov and to my elected representatives. This was really an awful experience. And I am not sure it is finished, yet, since I have not completed the process. I just hope that nothing GoHealth did screwed up this new application process.
