No Mother's Day flowers for My Mom
I ordered flowers for the best mom in the world to be delivered on Mother's Day. The service did not deliver her flowers or call her to tell her they aren't comming.
I didn't know they never came until they actually delivered them on Tuesday!!! There was no apology or customer service to make the wrong right.
They advertise one day service no problem but I ordered three days before Mother's Day and was promised delivery no problem! This company sucks and if you look at the reviews here and other places you will see that you may not get your flowers on time or for the right price and they do not offer any customer service to fix their mistakes.
GoFlorist does not deliver.
GoFlorist.com which represents Flower and Balloons promises same day delivery. However, a day later my floral arrangement, which I wanted to send to the home of a friend whose mother passed away, with my sympathy note has not been delivered.
Furthermore, the company has an 800 telephone number to pick up your order and take your credit card information, but the same telephone number does not work when you try to cancel your order for lack of delivery. They promise call backs but nobody calls back. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. At this point, the order, even if delivered, which will make it two days late, will have lost its meaning as I wanted to honor the family on the day of their funeral service.
I am embarrassed and I lost a lot of time.
Would have been easier to have hand-picked the flowers and the basket and made the arrangement myself, drive two hours myself, and leave it on the door step with my handwritten card. Total scam!

Hi there. I ordered through this company on Friday for my mother who is sick in the hospital in Denver.
They quickly called me back asking for my credit card information again because there seemed to be a discrepancy. I was promised they would be delivered that day. Then, I got a call on Saturday saying the got the hospital address wrong and somehow it was my fault? I asked to have a manager give me a call back, and was promised the flowers would be delivered that day.
No call back from a manager.
It is now MONDAY and they still haven't been delivered but I did get a call from a florist who told me I need to pay another $7 for my order to meet a minimum requirement.
I'm livid.
This is so true!! this place sucks big time, I paid double the price of the arrangement I picked to have it delivered same day for them to tell me 10 hours later, sorry we will not be able to deliver, while other sites are honest and tell you from the beginning that they will not be able to make it and have an announced "next available delivery date".
DO NOT TAKE ORDERS YOU CANNOT FULLFIL!
