Cockroach caramels - bullseye cremes

- - Found a cockroach in the bag; Goetze offered no refund and threatened legal action.
I purchased a bag of Bullseye Caramel Chews from the DollarStore in Bend, Oregon. When I opened the bag I was horrified to find this candy containing, what I believe to be, a cockroach.
Contacting the Goetze Corporation did me no good as they were very rude to me and did not even offer me a refund.
When I posted a public review, including my photos, they threatened me with legal action.
Very disappointing as well as disgusting.
I would hope they would clean up their manufacturing facilities. How can this be allowed to happen?
