Our 6-month-old fridge broke down roughly 3 weeks ago. We had a service tech diagnose the fridge the same week and came to the conclusion that it needed to be replaced.
They said the replacement usually takes 1-3 business days and then you can schedule a delivery. Well... 3 weeks have passed with no updates. I finally called Goemans and they told me that LG expects to deliver my new fridge to their warehouse 7 days from now, and then we can schedule a delivery from their warehouse to our house.
We still have no fridge and have been living off the bare minimum for close to a month now.
I get that stuff breaks down, but what's the point in providing a warranty if the turnover is this slow. If I had known it would take this long, I would have just bought a new fridge from somewhere else the second it broke down.

I bought a faulty fridge from Goeman's. Since it was delivered in October 2024, it never worked properly.
I've been battling with the store since October. The condenser from the fridge broke down and needs to be replaced. I've made thousands of phone calls to get it replaced. Everyone is ignoring my calls.
Now it's December 2024, a day before Christmas, and we have no fridge.
I will be eating at a homeless shelter, hopefully if we can find a spot. Thank you for ruining our family holiday season!
