Wow, Jeffrey Hinckley, What a joke of a professional. I flip houses and have been in the real estate business for 21 years.
I hired this man and gave him a list of work I needed completed within a 5 week period. He went on and on about how he and his skilled crew could finish ALL the work I had before the specified time frame. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Craftsmanship is non existant, he wanted payment for unfinished work and came up with a myriad of excuses as to why he was behind.
He mainly blamed everything on his workers but come to find out out he wasnt paying them! He left town after I broke down and finally paid him for the last job despite his ability to finish on schedule. I figured there is very little chance this guy would do me wrong considering he speaks as if he is literally God himself but boy was I wrong.
He left town as soon as my payment cleared. Watch out for this scammer!
