Redemption of booking amount
- - Cancelled 2019 Godrej Reserve purchase for setback rule; booked ₹6.5L.
- - Facing hardship from illness and family losses; seeking ₹6L help or contact.
In 2019 , I had to cancel a purchase in Godrej Properties project Godrej Reserve Residential plots Phase-1, (GRPH1102)
as at the time of selling , I was not informed of the setback area rule .
I had paid a booking amount of INR 6.5 Lakhs for the same.
Since then, a lot has happened that has left me financially weakened and in desperate need of funds.
When I purchased the property in 2019, I was working in the merchant navy.
But since 2020 I have been unable to join back as I was diagnosed with chronic Hepatitis B infection which I still am suffering from.
I lost my mother to Covid in Nov 2020 even after paying a hefty bill of Rs. Fifteen lakhs towards her treatment.
I am surviving by doing some odd freelance jobs since then in the IT industry and from whatever I could get by selling off my house in Orchid Woods Bangalore.
I have a wife and daughter to take care of and I need whatever help I can get.
The amount INR 6 lakhs would mean a lot to me in these circumstances to tide me over until I find something permanent.
I hope you could please consider this or give me the contact details of the person to whom to contact for the same.
This will be a matter of life and death for me.
Hoping that Godrej will consider this as it would make the difference between life and death to me and my family.
