- They contacted support twice and received no response.
- The inquiries were to reset the rewards password and report a burnt pizza.
I have contacted them twice and received no response. One time was about trying to reset the password for rewards, and the other was about the burnt pizza received in the order. There has been no response from them whatsoever!

- GM Jack yelled and was disrespectful.
- He required payment before any order.
- Past order was burnt and mis-cut.
- Beth was amazing and professional.
Jack the General manager has an issue with me stemming from, an order a few months ago. He's very rude to customers, he yelled at me as if was in kindergarten.
He told his workers not to make an order unless I came in and paid for it first. He is upset because I didn't come back to get my remake in which it was originally a delivery. A delivery that I had paid for and tipped the driver. My pizza was supposed to be well done but, not burnt and, cut in squares.
However, they forgot this request and tried to cut it in squares after it was already sliced. Also, it was beyond burnt. So, that was a few months back. Now I ordered a few nights ago and, a young man answered the phone and said that he can't deliver to me because Jack said no.
On top of that they placed an order for pick up but, after 35 minutes I go in to pickup my order only to find out Jack told them don't make anything until I come in and pay first. From that I had to wait an additional 20-25 minutes for my order. I was also told that I'm not the only customer that gets treated that way and that that store is ran Jack's way. He is very, very rude and disrespectful.
I have been a loyal customer for years. I grew up on Godfathers pizza in ohio.
Now the customer service representative Beth was AMAZING and very professional.
She was a joy to speak with and Beth you're the Bomb the world needs more people like you excellent experience. Please don't change Beth, thanks again

- Godfathers in Harrow Ontario: staff touched pizza by hand after handling money.
- No gloves, hats, hair nets, or uniforms; hands not washed.
I visited the Godfathers in Harrow Ontario on Wednesday November 30th at approximately 5:30 PM to get a slice of pizza. Another customer came in while i was waiting for a pizza to finish since i refused to take the slice that was there because an employee touched the slice with her hands.
Both employees touched pizza with their hands to separate the slices after they touched the computer screen and handled money. I couldn't believe my eyes. Neither employees wore gloves nor washed their hands before handling the food. There is no concern for health nor sanitation.
No hats or hair nets or uniforms. Very unprofessional environment. I will never step a foot in this place and I have told others what I experienced.
After all that's happened with Covid and avoiding the spread of viruses I can't believe that employees can prepare and serve without a uniform, hat or hair nets and gloves. I'm so disgusted.
Couldnt use app for rewards
App didn't work so the cashier had to grant me the app deal in store therefore my reward points weren't applied towards my app rewards

Resolved: Godfather's Pizza in Ozark, Missouri does not honor their coupons

This complaint concerns the Ozark, Missouri location on Sunday, 3/05/17, at 5:00 pm. We purchased "buy one buffet, get one free" coupons from some local schoolchildren.
We presented one of the coupons at the time we ordered, but were charged full price for two people of approximately $20. By our calculations of the prices shown on the menu, it should have been more like $12 with the two drinks.
When we asked the girl who took our money why the total was so high, we were told it was correct. I think they may have an employee pocketing the extra money from the sale price, because we were not given a receipt.
