Horrible paywall
I was enjoying reading comics, one,day then the next, thought it was an April fools joke. horrible company right now

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They acknowledged the issue is a tech problem and are working on a fix.
Hello, I'm a monthly subscriber. All was well until 4/24 when my account stopped marking days that I've read as green, with a checkmark.
When I try to alert support from my account, it asks for email/password, which are then flagged as incorrect. They are correct; I can sign in to my account just fine. So, I have a tech issue and a second issue with getting support. Could I talk to a human?

Can't log into new web site
I am not able to log in via the new web site. It does not recognize my e-mail address.
The error message says either the e-mail address or password does not mention any in your records. I have been using these credentials on your old web site for many years.

I have been a subscriper for many years and enjoy your comic page every day. The improvements you made to the sight are amazing. Thank you for all the work that was put into the added features.
I just wanted to say Thank You for your improvements to the GoComics site. I have been a subscriber to the regular comics for years and it is always my go to site at the start of my day. Your improvements and expansion to the site are welcome and appreciated.

Could not talk to a person or get an answer from a bot. I could not reset my password because the number required for log in was never sent to my email address.
This useless site is why I detest the words "upgrade,"
"update," and "improvements."

To yell at you for suspending my account and letting the Duke get away with murder
It has not been resolved because I don't have an alternative website to comment on my favorite comics which leaves Go Comics to let me do it, and it's the fair thing to do.
YOU REVOKED MY ACCOUNT OVER A ONE TIME BIGOT COMMENT BECAUSE THE DUKE HARASSED ME TO THE POINT OF MAKING HARASSING ME TO THE POINT OF SAYING IT!

Comics are great and it is slightly better than arcamax.
