I suddenly stopped receiving my daily email of comics I follow. Go Comics took care of the issue. Although I never went into my account to alter any settings it remains a mystery to me how it happened in the first place.
Just glad it got resolved.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They acknowledged the issue is a tech problem and are working on a fix.
Hello, I'm a monthly subscriber. All was well until 4/24 when my account stopped marking days that I've read as green, with a checkmark.
When I try to alert support from my account, it asks for email/password, which are then flagged as incorrect. They are correct; I can sign in to my account just fine. So, I have a tech issue and a second issue with getting support. Could I talk to a human?

Could not talk to a person or get an answer from a bot. I could not reset my password because the number required for log in was never sent to my email address.
This useless site is why I detest the words "upgrade,"

It has not been resolved because I don't have an alternative website to comment on my favorite comics which leaves Go Comics to let me do it, and it's the fair thing to do.
