Poor customer service, sent me wrong shoes no resolution

I have emailed multiple times, I have called. I spent $170 on shoes because I am a RN working 12hr shifts, I was excited to wear shoes that would help the pain in my feet.

They sent me a totally different shoe than the one I ordered and two sizes too big!! When you call to try and get it resolved, you cant speak to a live customer service agent.

The email is even operated by a robot and I have NOT gotten a refund, I have NOT gotten the shoes I ordered. I am so frustrated!!
