Took my money

Bought a pair of shoes and choose to exchange them. Needed them for nursing school so decided to get charged for the second pair before getting them and getting the first refund.

They said they were out of the second pair, after getting return.

Paid twice and no refunds still a month later. Not getting anywhere with customer service.

Incorrect items shipped

I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of compression socks and recieved a pair of recovery slides and a tote bag instead. I've been trying for three days to get ahold of someone, both via this phone number and their support email address and have gotten no response. I spent over $180 on product and got the wrong products and cant get ahold of anyone to get the issue corrected.

Refund policy is the worst, can't believe there was no one to talk to on the phone. To speak to delivery time is so long.

Poor customer service, sent me wrong shoes no resolution

I have emailed multiple times, I have called. I spent $170 on shoes because I am a RN working 12hr shifts, I was excited to wear shoes that would help the pain in my feet.

They sent me a totally different shoe than the one I ordered and two sizes too big!! When you call to try and get it resolved, you cant speak to a live customer service agent.

The email is even operated by a robot and I have NOT gotten a refund, I have NOT gotten the shoes I ordered. I am so frustrated!!
