Company is useless in finding any information as why they charged you. Have spoken to bank and marked company as fraudulent as I never made a purchase and or agreed to have money taken from me.
When trying to send company email page keeps going blank. Protect yourself and call you bank if you see fraudulent charges.

We started using your service. First payment was scheduled on July 26, Eastern Time.
We are located in Canada. On the status, it shows Submitted as of July 27. Was not that supposed to be moved as Charged?
No/ What is going on.
Please get back to us as soon as possible and let us no reachable phone number because when I google your number, 020 number shows up and I called it but reached my phone carrier and told I'm calling somewhere outside of North America. It is extremely frustrating.
