Need urgent assistance

I am urgently trying to contact a support person through email, WhatsApp and any means possible! Their customer service is utter rubbish.

Preferred solution: I want a customer service agent to contact me and resolve the issue.

I booked a motor home in January, booking ref 5582E4. I have made three payments totalling £561.15.

On 11/6/24, you emailed me to say the owner has cancelled, without any explanation! When will you refund?

User's recommendation: Not sure if I would book again as the owner of the motor home has cancelled without explaining why! We have booked and paid for 2 campsites and will lose that if we can’t find another motor home

We had a very bad experience with Goboony and the owner of the vehicle, we were informed prior to confirming the booking the vehicle was suitable to take our 15-month baby as long as we provide the car seat. However, after we confirmed the booking, the owner couldn't guarantee it.

We terminated the agreement before the booking started to get a refund. As a result of the situation, Goboony didn't refund any of our monies. We are a family from Australia, and we lost the equivalent of $1000 for a trip we never took.

Goboony and the owner acted in bad faith. We are currently escalating the situation externally.
