Mistaken order
I didn't finalize my order through PayPal because I was waiting for my 10% discount code; it took forever, almost nearly an hour to get the code, but 55 minutes before I was already charged the full amount on my credit card, I don't know how it happened. Just got a notification from my credit card company that the charge have been done.

I made a purchase last night after I filled out card information it said it was denied but on my phone it said it went through called bank this morning and it said it went through. The bank said it went through but if it didnt to send it again.

Package ordered two weeks ago never delivered
Ordered a Scar and a Ak-47 as a Christmas gift for two co workers.aThey never showed up. Fed tracking shows a label was made, but it never shipped. Later that day I also ordered some extra parts for the AK, they have already showed up.

Great product and great service
I made the mistake of sending Goat Guns the wrong address for my products. Once realized, I immediately contacted the Goat, the correction was made and my guns arrived on time.
I purchased two guns as gifts for my boss and his wife needless to say upon receiving the gifts, they were blown away.
And I was extremely pleased with the product/guns as well as the Goat's Great service. Thanks Sgt Goat, you kick axxxxx...

It’s a joke to talk to someone
