Following my initial phone consultation with Goals Plastic Surgery, I found their approach to be notably budget-focused. The representative I spoke with lacked clarity on the procedure I inquired about, prompting me to express discomfort and reluctance to proceed.
Shortly after, Stephanie from their team reached out, attempting to reassure me and assure me of a positive outcome. Despite my detailed explanation of my body goals and desired specialization of the doctor, I remained unsatisfied with their services and the doctor's work. Despite my request to reverse the deposit, which had been submitted within the hour, Stephanie assured me of assistance but abruptly ended the call citing after-hours.
Fortunately, I have a timestamped call with my credit union from the same day, which I can utilize to dispute the deposit. In my opinion, I strongly advise avoiding Goals Plastic Surgery due to their unprofessionalism and disregard for individualized care, treating each client merely as a transaction to secure deposits.

That you cant get ahold of anyone. You paid your money spend time.
And nothing is happening why are these people treating there client so disrespectful and rude by not answering the phone !!! Who is the owner hes needs to close and return all the clients money !!!

They have not shipped my order.

No one has contacted me back, I called a number that texted me previously from a lady name Jennifer, she hung on me.
I am more than disappointed.
I am angry and upset as I do not have money to give away. I dont know what do at this point.

Need a full refund
- - They could not obtain medical clearance and guaranteed a full refund.
- - A 3200 refund was promised for 10/17/2022 partial payment; none by 12/06/2022.
I was supposed to get a procedure done but they themselves were not able to give me medical clearance so they guaranteed me I would get a full refund. The procedure was partially paid 10/17/2022 and here we are 12/06/2022 and they still have not refund me 3200.00 dollars and now I called and get no answer.

My experience with Goals Plastic Surgery was excellent! The facility is fresh, staff are very expert and will do almost everything possible to keep you beaming. I love my outcomes! Dr.
Sergey Voskin was so humorous and he attractive me so beautifully!
Outstanding Surgeon and clinic!! I had used so many other medispas and skin care clinics, with their lotions.
but, only lost my time and money (partly because I didn't follow through on the full therapies. Then, I met Dr. Sugey Voskin, MD, and his amazing staff at Goals Plastic Surgery and Dr.
Voskin were so great at describing in terms I would comprehend, that I lastly "got it" and was ready to complete amazing of my brown spots in only 6 months! Since then, Dr.
Voskin has done the best work ever on my Botox treatment. His costs are good and his skills are second to nothing!
