I had a great experience ordering with this company. They processed my order immediately and i recieved my order in a few days.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!In December my husband ordered 5 pkt toner set.Well today 4/3/13 we put the magenta in our printer and the whole page as red on it. When I called I was told it was passed 90 days so we had to pay to ship it back.
I asked them more than once why should I pay to ship back a faulty product.We need it now, of course they would only send a new one out after they got ours back. So right now we are waiting for the information in the mail so I can return it and get the new one. I'm guessing it will be at least 2 weeks before we get the replacement.
So I'm going to have to buy a replacement in the mean while. Not once did they aplogogize or even seem to understand my frustration!!!!!!
Toner Cartridges are NOT compatible; Will Not Replace/Refund
Do not do business with this company. I bought two toner cartridges that were supposed to be compatible with my Brother printer.
When they would not work in the printer (printer would not operate and displayed an error message that the cartridge needed to reinserted in the drum), I contacted customer service and received no help. Customer service is non existent. This company may have the lowest price, but the cartridges were not compatible as was guaranteed and it did not even attempt to send replacements. Its refund/return policy is a joke.
Read the refund policy before buying anything from them.
Try and get a return number. This company basicly refuses to accept return of it's unusable incompatible cartridges.
Solf me a high-capacity toner catridge that did not yield as stated.
I purchased MD2010D3 toner, in 12/2009. It is a high-capacity toner cartridge. The toner lasted me about 3 months, but previous catridges from other companies last me about 6 months. I called Go4Supply.com, assuming they would stand behind their "100% Guaranteed" product. However, they told me that their policy is only good for 90 days. By the time I used the toner enough to learn that it did not have the capacity stated, it was over the 90-day period.
Also, the customer service was horrendous. I called multiple times, but only reached a cycling message that repeatedly told me no one was available. When I finally did reach a customer service representative, she listed to my concern, then asked me if I could hold. Time went by, and another rep talked to me, assuming I hadn't talked to anyone yet. This happened 3 times.
I finally gave up, but I will definitely NEVER buy anything from this very unprofessional compnay again!
