Stole Money From Me
- - Defaulted after an advance; paid a reduced plan by March.
- - Lawsuit filed to maintain reduced rates; seeks over $9,000 with $5,072 garnished.
I took out and advance, and unfortunately our business was tight and defaulted appx 2 weeks. However we agreed upon a reduced payment plan and had it all paid up by March.
In the meantime they had filed a lawsuit when 100% had made up to continue on reduced rates.
Now because of the lawsuit they want over $9,000 and had $5,072 taken from garnishments last week. This is ridiculous and their stealing money from me, because they have power and are abusive
