HORRIBLE HORRIBE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
At the beginning of September - I ordered a mobility scooter through their website for my step-dad to take on a trip to Germany in October. I used my mother's Master Card. A couple days after ordering I was informed by Bethany that they did not have any of those models available and she asked if I wanted a different model. I said no, and to please reimburse my mother's Master Card for the $548. After almost 2 months and several emails and phone calls later, It still was NOT taken care of. My mother does not carry a balance on her card and the $548 was to come "do" while we were in Germany. She called once again on September 29th before we left and spoke with Brian - the guy in charge, and he assured her it would be handled by the end of the week - that being Oct. 3rd. My mother called Master Card, told them this and off we went to Germany. Well as of this morning - October 20th - it still WAS NOT taken care of. I called three times today - finally speaking to Brian - he had JUST refunded the amount today and lied about it the whole time? I told him it was horrible customer service and that he needed to pay the $10 interest my mother had to pay - he said he would not, he was a COMPLETE *** and hung up on me. WARNING - DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. COMPLETE JERKS.
