Bought and paid for an item and never received it. no reply to my emails and no phone no to call.,
Bought an Eddie Grimstead Vespa scooter badge for a birthday present on the 20th Feb 2025. £4.95 paid.
Not yet received it. Sent emails and no reply. No contact available with Go Scoot.
I'm out £4.95. Don't let them get your money.

Scam company
those scooters around for about an hour earlier today. Discovered they charged me multiple times for things I don't even know what.
Two 30 dollar purchases got declined by my bank and then they also charged me an additional random 10 dollar fee, a 15 dollar deposit and then an 8.12 cent fee.
Significantly more expensive then I thought it would be to just rent the scooter for an hour to get groceries. Certainly won't be renting another.
User's recommendation: They don't delete your credit card. Dont use this company and if you do cancel your credit card.

They are frauds and thief’s and should be sued
They have been charging me for a year now ! Hitting up my credit card over and over !!!
Bird their fraudulent collections company keeps trying to bill me We rented a scooter for ten minutes and over the last four months they have tried to bill me for over a thousand dollars ..
now somehow they have gotten my Apple Cash info !!! I didnt even pay with Apple Cash !!!

Go Scoot LLC & its owner Al Johnson run a deceptive on line business. Beware of this company and its business practices. If you order parts form thsi company they will send you what ever they have in stock and tell you its what "YOU" ordered. They then tell you to send it back at your own return shippong expense since YOU plavced the order. Its a scam company and it runs very poor business practices and is unethical. This matter has been directed to Atttorney General State Of Louisianna for review of MAIL FRAUD. Take thsi as a public service announcement and that this company has SHADY business practices, FYI they hide behind using Pay Pal as a gaurantee you will receive your merchandise, Pay Pal doesnot stand behind any recourse nor refund of your money for the return of your money..
Be Cautious of GO SCOOT, LLC and Al Johnson and deal with a more reputable company..

I purchased a part from Al Johnson goscoot.com he was quick to take my money, now no part and he ignores my emails, and doesn't give good answers on the phone.

No problems here except ya no confirmation of shipment or even process my order or real phone number live chat thats a bunch of bull ***. Man I love giveing money away. Lol stay far far away from goscoot.com/rip offs.
