Scammed for a sale!
- - Promised a trailer upgrade within a year, but a year later it hasn't happened.
- - We were guided by finance and sales staff and now have an unusable loan.
Over a year ago we were talked into buying something that would never buy and not fit our family but we trusted the finance manager and sales person that in a year we were promised to be able to upgrade to trailer we could use. Well its been over a year and still there dragging there feet, lies after lies, well just do this and see u in a few mths, etc.
So we ended up having something we cant use at all and stuck with it till we pay it off or able to sell it to buy the loan out.
Never ever will I ever recommend this scam artist rv place horrible experience and being taken advantage of for a quick sale is gross!

I had a good experience at Uncle Bens Marine. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
2014 Keystone Rv Fuzion Rv Review from Rocky Mountain House, Alberta
- - All 11 windows have broken seals and 9 look like they could fall out.
- - The extended warranty does not cover this, per Uncle Bens RV.
The seals between the 2 panes of glass has let go and the outer pane can fall off. I had to Duck Tape them together to even move the trailer.
Extended warranty does not cover glass. They said there are lots of other people with the same problem.
All of the windows in my 2014 Fusion Toy Hauler bought at Uncle Bens Rv have broken seals between the 2 panes of glass. I contacted Uncle Bens and asked them if it was covered under my extended warranty and they said it was not.
There are 11 of these windows in my trailer and 9 of them look like they will fall out on the road.
The said they had lots of complaints about these trailers........ Not sure what to do.....
