Return label

I purchased a bumper for my Mini Cooper. It isn't the right one. I need a return label, to send it back. The bumper doesn't fit and is no use to me.

Customer representative untruthful and lied.

Customer representative untruthful and liked and told me that he could not tell me the name of the manufacturer. When I pressed him about it, he then did. But he did say that he could be fired by telling me the name of the part.

User's recommendation: Go elsewhere.

i tried to contact customer services on my laptop it lacks links for attachments also after paste the code number from my mailbox the contact was by phone. How can i use the laptop as a phone. i use a site they have that said contact us and expose the problem a couple of hours ago hoping for a solution, i write good or bad of what happen to my request
