if I could make this rating a zero and still have it register, I would. I would give it a -5.
I attempted to make a reservation at midnight on the Go Hilton team member app and was told by the front desk person at the hotel that I would not be able to check in until 3 PM that day. When I attempted to reach out to the Go Hilton concierge as instructed, no one answered the phone on several attempts at several different times. To add insult to injury, someone contacted my supervisor instead of me and threatened to put three points on my employee record if I did not pay the hotel fee. I was charged for a room that I never checked into and never got to use.
To say that Hilton is supposed to be in the hospitality business, the way that they treat their team members is not hospitable at all.
It was horrible. They should be ashamed of this so-called privilege.
