Fast Resolution of my complain by Gocity

Several days ago I left a complaint in this site explaining that Gocity had charged my bank for two London passes adults tickets and after several days I had not received the link to download the passes. I had called and nothing that was the reason we wrote the complain asking a reimbursement. But THEY SEND AN EMAIL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WILL REIMBURSE MY MONIES AND THEY DID. They reimburse all the money. I WANTED TO THANK YOUR SITE And GOCITY FOR THE FAST RESOLUTION AFTER I POSTED MY COMPLAIN.thanks! MARVIN BERMUDEZ.

All inclusive passes not received

Hello, Ive tried reaching you for 5 hours already and all your numbers are invalid or busy. I paid for 2 all inclusive go city barcelona passes and still havent received them. I talked to revolut about this issue and we are waiting for you to claim the transaction. We dont have time to wait after you, give us our passes or give us our money back because we are in Barcelona for a limited amount of time. Thank you! Alexandra A Albu

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It was resolved because they finally sent the confirmation email but not being able to book tours due to no space was not resolved. Don’t buy this pass within 4 weeks of visiting and area so you have time to book tours and get your money’s worth.

My email confirmation of tickets did not go through for 36 hours and only after I sent a flurry of emails, whatsapp messages and wrote to you.we were only in Barcelona for 3 more days and so we received our tickets just under the minimum time we would need for a 2 day pass. You cannot get ahold of a customer service person except by researching this website. It was frustrating. Once we received the tickets, many of the tours required an email request or online booking and did not have slots available. So overall, the tickets were a little useless. We made the best of it and rode the city tour bus and did a walking tour with tapas and an hour harboring cruise. It was a little less than the cost of the go city pass after all was said and done. Some of the exhibits were just walk up and show the pass which was nice. I also would not have known which museums to visit without the pass. So, on a positive note, it was a good tour guide. I wont be purchasing it again.

Problem with the confirmation email

I didnt receive the confirmation email of my purchase but the transaction happened. I couldnt call the customer service. Anyone experiencing same problem? Help
