Very upset with GNC I ordered 2 bottles of vitamins 90 count along with other supplements. The vitamins were on sale for 9.99 and after I had submitted my order they emailed me telling me they canceled my caroming from my order only charging me 76 dollars instead of 96. GNC ripped me off for my 15.00 paid for gold card membership that no longer exists . They claim they sent a refund and still no refund . What kind of company makes the customer switch to a new type of membership when they could just switch it to the new program !

I have been a GNC member for many years. Every year I pay to renew my membership, which I did in July of 2016. I paid for this yearly membership. Well when I went into the Springfield Mall store in January of this year to make my monthly vitamin purchase I was shocked to see that my membership discount was discontinued. I paid full price! I was insulted by the in store employee by asking why i would need buy a product as if it was any of his business in the first place. I contacted cs to file a complaint. They offered me a $25 gift voucher to use online or in store. When it arrived it was only for $10. So i contacted them again. This time a $25 voucher was sent. This is 3 weeks after first complaint. I take your vita paks ultra mega 50 plus, the last box I purchased all smelled, tasted and you could see the fish oil in the paks, I have tried to call your customer service line, and their is not an option for something of this nature, I did not buy these on line, I purchased these at the store, I have purchased so man, and never had this problem before, however, these are not cheap, and I would like them replaced or refunded. I was in your store in burlington, iowa last fri jan. 20 the young lady at the register was on the phone. I took what i wanted to the register and was completely ignored by her. Did not say one word to me. I stood for several minutes while she talked, then to make matters worse, she took her paper and turned her back to me and still continued talking. Well needless to say i left. I won't be back.

I'm trying to spend money with the west shore mall location of GNC and the mall opens at 12. It's 25 minutes after 12 and the store still isn't open..new rewards program sucks and this location does too
