stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I A 2004 Range Rover and it wasn't a week before I needed to get work done on the car wasn't given a carfax didn't receive title until 2 weeks or a month later. Then to the Range Rover to a recommended shop that they recommend Premier auto service and those people there cannot work on cars they couldn't set my car back after giving me and all change one experience and I was supposed to be happy about steady going back to get something repair.

Then got another all change and now I have fluids leaking in the fact that I wasn't happy that I keep having to come back after getting just a simple all change I was bullied by 2 of their workers 1 name Mike Darnell and the manager name Mike Graham The one Mike Darnell told me that they're gonna look at my car next week now Mind You I just came in for an oil change if that wasn't good enough they would have me removed by the police that's across the street now they took my money for the oil change and it hasn't been a week or a problem with my car. They did predatory lending against me and took advantage of me my Range Rover is leaking fluids and I promise I'll see them in court Do not and I tell you do not buy a car from Traverse motors nor do business with any of their auto service shops Incompetent workers and then you supposed to accept what they tell you you do better go on the back alley Jack then go on to their auto service centers everyone in their makes complaints about the service but I'm going to do something about it because again these bullies will not get away with their unethical tactics

GMT auto sales and their fraudulent warranty scam should be thoroughly investigated by The Attorney General. One year after owning my car it needs major electrical repairs .

GMT does not attempt to fix the problem/ complaint nor di they return phone calls .. Buyers beware of the lies and extended service contracts!

24 hours after I bought it something was not right.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Well it only took 16 months for the car you sold me to need $2200 in work done to it. I purchased a Gotta Have It Green 2013 Mustang from your dealership last year.

I did test drive it and then made the purchase. The clutch was very stiff and I did make the observation to the sales person. When buying a manual transmission a firm clutch petal is a good sign. The next day when I had a chance to drive it for more than a test drive the car would make a terrible screeching noise when down shifting in the lower gears.

I took the car back and had GTM's mechanics look at it. This car had under 50K miles on it when I purchased it. Of course GMT said well it is just a heavy clutch and you have to get use to it. It should wear in after about 600 miles.

I was very skeptical and asked after 24 hours if they would just take the car back. Since I had my reservations that they were being straight with me. Well they would not of course and told me that "well you bought it now it is yours" It only took 16 months for the car to need a new clutch to the tune of $2200. I will be making people aware as much as I can that my experience at GMT was very poor.

The car has only had two oil changes since I purchased it and I did not drive the car hard or even every day. The rear pinion seal was also leaking in less than 6 months after I bought this car from GMT. This was covered under the Ford 5 yr 60K mile warranty. The clutch that I suspected from the first day I had the car will of course not be covered.

I plan to make many reviews of GMT in a negative light for selling me a ticking time bomb.

Luckly the clutch failed when on a slow residential street.

The car completely locked up and died when the clutch failed. If I had been traveling at a high rate of speed the end result could have killed someone.

Bait & Switch

Bait & Switch,,, after vehicle wasn't the one they told would be there, they tried to talk us in to the one they had. Then said may not be able to give the $100 deposit back; almost had to call the O'Fallon Police on them.

Then they said with our credit, they doubt could ever buy a car; Next Dealer had a perfect vehicle within 30 minutes. Insta-credit treated us with the respect and dignity we were expecting of a reputable car dealership. Do Not Go to GMT Auto Sales West...

but if you do... Caveat Emptor --- Let the Buyer Beware...

GMT Auto Sales Commit Dishonest Practices

We purchased a 2006 Ford F-150 from GMT. It was supposedly in "excellent" condition with no prior accidents.

Despite several requests to provide the CarFax report, they made one excuse after another (internet's down, the gal that does that is at lunch, etc.). We were coerced into proceeding with the sale anyway at full Blue Book value. 9 months later, my husband was hit in the driver's front quarter-panel by an off-duty police officer. The truck was towed.

Original estimate to fix the accident damage was $9,000. However, once the dealership inspected closer, they found it had been in at least one previous accident and the frame repaired illegally. The frame had to be replaced at our expense, and GMT refuses to acknowledge any part. After studying the CarFax report later, we think the illegal repair was done by GMT's service department.

We hired a lawyer.

GMT Auto Sales is located in St.

Louis County, Missouri. Do not buy from them - immoral thieves.
