It took them three weeks to charge my order and they charged it when I no longer had money in my account.

I called and emailed them several times to cancel order before it shipped and before they even charged it and they decided to charge it the next day and send it. I still haven't received an email back, but I have received my order two months after placing it.

Not happy at all. Got something I no longer wanted to pay for and no longer wanted.

Horrible company that marks their parts down a dollar or two to appear cheaper than any other OEM part seller but then makes it up 500% on ripping you off with shipping BIG TIME.

I saw everyone raving about this company on some Chevy forums so I figured Id order from them.

You tell me if you think a order under a pound NOT EXPEDITED or overnight should cost almost 40 bucks.

I started adding one part at a time on a test order and their scam starts cranking up the shipping after the second part, and mind you these were rubber Orings- basically light as air, so they dont base shipping on the actual weight.

I weighed my order when I finally got it after weeks waiting before I opened it on my postal scale and priced shipping at both fedex and ups, back to their address and it was 2/3rds cheaper.

Dont be fooled by the smoke and mirrors you Chevy owners, this company plays the shell game with look over here at our cheaper parts while their other hand picks your wallet.

And also the order was shipped missing items and I got no sorry or apology after sticking it to me on the ride then shorting the order.

Oh and my order was about 5 items bigger that they didnt tell me they couldnt get those parts till after they got my money and calculated the ripoff shipping and when I inquired about the total shipping charges calculated on my original order to reflect the items they couldnt supply, nope cant do a thing because the system figures the costs even when I said you cant even get half the order, nope no help.

At this point I would have had to cancel their antiquated order and start over and redo the entire thing. And by the way they dont stock anything so you better be prepared to wait for their factory order to arrive to them which takes weeks.

NEVER AGAIN and youve been warned.

May 29, 2018 -- Just a 'come-on" -- a 'scam' -- a 'teaser' if you think you can get a discount from sites clearly relating to gmpartsdirect To prove this, try obtaining promo code or discount with Goggled sites such as "hot deals", "subscribetosuccess" and "dealscove". Many more.

All seem to have same format and have you click on "40% off", then all immediately link to the SAME "gmpartsdirect" website. Then, you are required to enter vehicle VIN# and/or other part detail + address, etc., and then when you proceed to checkout and click on "apply promo code" there is NO reduction in any amount, let alone the 40% 'teaser' and NO other info regarding promo code, etc. I repeatedly tried to obtain the advertised discount with the car part I needed (originally priced at $220.59 + shipping). NO luck on ANY discount.

This supplier 'appears' good, but my feeling is don't waste your time; go to one of the many other car part on-line suppliers. RB
