The issue was corrected. The manager apologized.
AVOID this company!!! Poor workmanship, cheap equipment, and shoddy installation make for a very bad investment.
I had a system, both units, attic and ground, replaced in spring of 2012. The only reason I even called them was that they were part of an insurance appliance contract that was present when I bought the house. Otherwise I wouldn't have called them at all. The unit has always made loud shaking noises.
I called them in 2013 to come see what was wrong. I was told that it was normal. I've never heard such a thing. I left it alone.
This past week, April 2017, a worker came out to repair a clogged line. When he looked at the unit outside, he said that the unit had been improperly connected and there was a fire electrical hazard. He called his boss who said they would fix it. Then, his boss called back and said that they had not installed that unit.
This is simply not the truth, and ridiculously *** to even say. Why would I install one unit downstairs and one unit upstairs with different companies? There is a GMC sticker on the ground unit, the one they say they didn't install. All I see is an avoidance of responsibility.
DON 'T make the same mistake that was pushed onto me.
Buy CARRIER or TRANE and get your money's worth from a reputable company. SEE THE DANGEROUS HOOKUP You don't want this at your house
