I cannot get rid of gmass. I am not paying but gmass still stays on my Gmail. How do I fully get rid of it?

- - They subscribed to GMass to send emails but hit a limit.
- - They use it for a sports team nine months a year and can't send emails, and support is unresponsive.
After paying for a subscription to send out many emails, it says I've reached my limit. I only use gmass 9 months out of the year.
And it's for a sports team.
Now I can't send even ONE email.
They want me to email customer support but I can't send one.
I call their customer service number. Nobody picks up the phone!
Great customer service, not.
