Cannot send emails, not even one

After paying for a subscription to send out many emails, it says I've reached my limit. I only use gmass 9 months out of the year. And it's for a sports team. Now I can't send even ONE email. They want me to email customer support but I can't send one. I call their customer service number. Nobody picks up the phone! Great customer service, not.
