i hate writing bad reviews.
1. they were cheapest for OEM Catalytic Converter

quoted me 1200+ for the part plus 150 shipping 2a. contacted me to confirm purchase. argued with me about the spelling of my name, saying it wasnt me, idiot
3. invoiced, paid, marked shipped.

2 weeks, no movement
5. contacted them via chat, RMA initiated stated to give them 24 hours
6. contacted them 46 hours later via chat, asked what the heck, then they told me they needed more money for shipping.
7. i asked them to cancel, they said no.
they said it was invoiced and i had to pay.
8. i paid the extra 92 for shipping, then they shipped it 2 days later.
9. now we are in 3 weeks.

I ordered 3 parts. They shipped only one.
I called customer service, thinking perhaps the missing two parts were coming in another shipment. The rep claimed the order was complete, nothing else was coming. I explained no, it is not. He said another dept would contact me.
The RMA dept sent an email instructing me to do a written RMA Request, which required me to explain the problem, including photos of the package, labeling, and the part. So I spent all the time taking pics, writing up the request that I either wanted the missing parts shipped, or a refund for what I had paid for the missing 2 parts, to include the sales tax and the extra shipping cost I had paid for 3 parts instead of the one I received. I know how much the refund should be, because I set up a test buy to see what the total cost would have been if I had only ordered the one part I received. So, in my RMA request I stated that I want refunded all that I was overcharged.
Seems straightforward, doesn't it? But, nooooo. They won't do the honest thing. They emailed and stated they were refunding only the cost of the missing parts and sales tax for those parts, and I was stuck paying the extra shipping cost for the two parts I did not receive.
So I opened a charge dispute with my credit card. Why can't businesses just do the honest thing? Through the emails back and forth, it turned out that the missing two parts were on backorder with no ETA all along. I hate it when businesses offer items they know they don't have just to hook you in.
Now my job is further delayed because they didn't inform me right up front the two missing parts would not be shipped. The shipping confirmation email they sent showed a complete shipment with no mention of parts on backorder. The pkg had no invoice at all, nothing to show only one part was shipped. These are really sleazy dishonest business practices.
I won't ever order from them again because once a business shows that they operate sleazy, and refuse to fix the problem they caused, I am done with them.
All they had to do, was honestly refund all that I paid for the missing parts, but they decided to impose a false shippng penalty on me to drive up their profit. Forever done with GMpartsGiant.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered.
After speaking with their customer service department they took a week to tell me that II would need to send the parts back and they would not be able to send just the missing parts. In order to speed things up, because I took this part internationally, and I am on a time crunch I decided to reorder the parts and just send back the others for a return. BUT the second set also came missing the tumblers. When I reached out to customer service again they told me that I had all the parts I needed because i have the parts from the photo on their website.
BUT that photo doesn't show the TUMBLERS needed to code the lock even though their website clearly says that they are included. The refused to help me any further.
They were not able to tell me how I could even purchase the tumblers I needed, they were rude, unhelpful, and misinformed about the products they sell on their own website. When I reached out to the General Manager via email because that was the only form of contact available he did not even respond.

Preferred solution: The tumblers required to code this lock to my key or a full refund for the items I currently have without having to ship them back, as I have already taken them out of the country and returning them is not a solution.

The package came without these components and missing other parts. Ordered parts with my vin and they do not fit. Requested a RMA and a return shipping label based on THEIR return policy that says free if it's our fault, see the quote right from their email.
"You have an option to ship the part(s) back using our discounted shipping label (Free if it is our fault) or using your own shipping label." When they refunded my money they took out a 20% restocking fee for parts THEY CONFIRMED FIT MY CAR.
When I called they put me on hold 2 times and it automatically hung up when they were sending me to a supervisor. The 3rd time i got through to Jessica and she said "sorry you accepted our terms so you have been charged 20%"

Atrocious customer service
I wish I would have seen these reviews before placing my order with this trash company. I ordered an antenna that their website stated fits my vehicle.
It does not as the screw is too small. I attempted to return it and they denied it because I had opened the package. I feel that it was their fault since their website states that it fit. So I call back in and finally got a manager to get an exception made for the return.
I had to call back because I need free shipping on this and another manager refused to honor the exception. He said the package was open and they cannot do a return. I tried to explain that an exception was made by another manager and he would not listen to anything that I would say and spoke over me the entire time.
They do not stand by the products they sell nor the information that they provide on the website. They blame the customer for what they order even with this erroneous information.
Claiming that I have to enter in the VIN in order to get the wrong part when it is not a requirement. If they are going to say that you need a VIN to guarantee the correct parts then that should be requirement when placing your orders. Never ever will I order from this company again and I recommend it. Nobody else does either.
They need to go out of business. And while they are not affiliated with GM, GM should put a stop to them using their name for their business as it does reflect poorly upon them as well.

Purchased 3rd row floor liner for my Tahoe. The part I received was the 2nd row floor liner, which I already had as it came with the car.
Contacted them to return because I received the wrong part. The RMA guy marked it down part no longer needed and was told I had to pay for return shipping and 20% restocking fee. Was told to send pictures, which I did. The box it came with was mislabeled as it had a cutout of another cardboard box taped on it with the correct part number I ordered which corresponded to the 3rd row floor liner.
Clearly an error on their part. Mistakes happen. I get it. Ive spoken to Diana and Melissa and another guy who said the issue is they are waiting to hear from the dealer (dont know who this is) who sent me the part.
Been almost 2 weeks and I have been told it would be resolved by the end of the day each time Ive called and I have received nothing. Not one person has even offered to send me the correct part I ordered. I just want a refund at this point and for them to own their mistake. Ive sent plenty of pictures to show them this is just an error on their part.
It shouldnt be this difficult. Apparently they dont care."

I fused a shipment "NEVER ACCEPPTED" because they sent the wrong part and took a week to refund because of their policies. I paid $2500 they refunded $1850, $670 short and they are charging $460 re-stocking fee for something they made a mistake on.
