Needed to know if I could use rebate from dealership plus my GMS
- - After 31 years with GM, customer says it's unfair to block using GMS with the GM rebate; GM would offer GMS for employment, but both can't be used.
I think it is unfair not to be able to use GMS with the rebate dealership is given after working in 31 years for GM. The dealer is seeing heres money on rebate but GM is saying we also was going to give you money on GMS because she was employed with us. I was told you cannot use both GMSN rebate from Company.

- - Purchased a Buick Envista on April 15, 2025 from Bob Johnson Buick GMC; paid 22,477 and Family First discount not shown despite signing.
Good afternoon On April 15, 2025 I purchased a Buick Envista from Bob Johnson Buick GMC 4389 Ridge Road Rochester NY 14626. I had originally been to the dealership on the 14th and found the vehicle I wanted.
I informed the salesman that I had the Family First GM discount and he told me to provide him with the number which I did. (100743****) When we were negotiating the trade in value of my 2017 Malibu he went from 7000 -**** reluctently. I ended up paying 22,477.78 on a 29,489.21 vehicle. There is nothing on my statement showing my Family First Discount and I did sign the paper authorizing it.
I was not told that they discounted it. My questin is can they discount it? They are a Family First Dealership and I had the appropriate information. Again, nothing was noted on my statement nor was I told anything.
I happen to notice this while going over my information at home. Thank you for your anticipated help.
