Contacted Marcus. They suck and have no authority to do anything and do not no how the card works
I went on your chat and spent 30 minutes waiting and was told too bad they can't help. Transferred to supervisor, 30 minute wait, can't help. Called and spoke with customer service, can't help. At least the phone call only took 10 minutes.
GM gave me a number of perks and I was using the card every day but because of terrible customer service, I will no longer use the card and won't by GM products because of this experience. I spend 3000 to 4000 a month on my credit cards but will no longer use GM and will tell friends and family how terrible GM customer service is.
