Worst card of them all
This company will lead consumers to believe that they are earnings cash value dollars to use towards so many deals, and the reality is that they designed this card in a way that the only one that benefits from it is themselves, every point that you earn can only be used to buy GM items, it benefits the consumer 0 dollars towards anything else other than GM products, this is a sack of *** deal 100%

Contacted Marcus. They suck and have no authority to do anything and do not no how the card works
I went on your chat and spent 30 minutes waiting and was told too bad they can't help. Transferred to supervisor, 30 minute wait, can't help. Called and spoke with customer service, can't help. At least the phone call only took 10 minutes.
GM gave me a number of perks and I was using the card every day but because of terrible customer service, I will no longer use the card and won't by GM products because of this experience. I spend 3000 to 4000 a month on my credit cards but will no longer use GM and will tell friends and family how terrible GM customer service is.
