Refund

Money was taken out of my account after an order was cancelled and customer service is being very difficult to give me a refund. I have heard complaints about the customer service, but havent had any issues until now. When I first contacted about the refund I was told that I had to wait 2 more days and then they would try to help me instead of helping me when I originally asked. $180 was taken out of my account for an order I didnt get.
