Tried to call but keep getting cut off.

I purchase glutino products all the time because I have celiac and I love your products. I purchased 2 bags of your pretzel sticks which I buy all the time. Both bags are very hard and stale and wondered if you send out new bags to reimburse me.

My phone is 716-912-**** and my email is diannec555@***.com

Cant find any mixed grain muffins

I can't find the multigrain English muffins and any of the stores in town where I used to buy them. I called the plutino customer service number and all she could tell was that you do still make them. When will they be back in the stores?

My horrible bread

I made a loaf of bread exactly how I was supposed to.

I came out sunken in and too dark. I got it out of my bread machine, cooled it and attempted to slice it before freezing half of it.

Most of the slices broke while slicing them, some super thick ones didn't.

So the next day I attempted to make an egg sandwich.

I got two pieces out of the toaster, but the tops fell off.

I put them on my plate, spread some mayo on all 4 pieces.

I put it all together and took a bite.

The whole damned thing fell apart.

I don't think they should call it favorite bread! It's the worst bread I've ever had in my 14 years of gluten-free living.

Pie crust mix

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I am not used to using your pie crust mix,but tried it forThanksgiving.

I followed the directions exactly.

It specifically says toroll out on apiece of parchment paper which is what I did.

It wouldnt come off the paper onto the pie plate!

Totally wasted. I would have floured the paper but I was not sure with the gf crust

Please advise. Please make directions more specific

Dear Glutino Co:

I am so disappointed to discover that you use palm oil in your products. As a person with Celiac, my options are very limited in regards to crackers and cookies.

Yesterday I bought several packages of both crackers and cookies and happened to look over the ingredients and ALL of them contained palm oil.

As you are probably well aware, the destruction of the earth's largest rain forests is due to palm oil plantations. Rain forests are key to our survival on this planet due to their function of keeping our air and temperatures manageable for human existence.

The destruction of these forests also displaces indigenous tribes, destroy natural habitat and flora which in turn is causing critical damage to many animal, bird, and insect species.

There are other GF products on the market that use a variety of oil (such as canola), so I will switch to those.

I urge you to change your products and find a more ecological oil for your recipes. I will be asking all of my GF friends to switch to other brands until you can produce your delicious items with earth sustaining ingredients.

I look forward to hearing from you and will be watching your progress.

Sincerely,

Debbie McMeel
