Missdirected the parcel twice....
- - GLS sent the parcel to the wrong city, causing delays.
- - An agent promised 24-hour delivery, but the parcel moved again and is now due Monday.
Ordered plumbing parts for house water. GLS sent the parcel to wrong city (thursday)...then i called and spoke to a agent..she was telling me that i would recieve the parcel in 24 hours (friday).
I got a call the this morning (friday) day saying the the parcel is now in another city and i would only get in monday. Your company is incompetent.
This is not the.first time I have issues with dicom*gls) ...To all who use this company..stay away..it sticks!! USE PUROLATOR..THEY HAVE IT TOGETHER.
